The Idea

In 2017 I got the chance to work on one of my favorite projects ever: the season campaign for the Minnesota Wild hockey team. Our agency provided the overall creative concept, art direction, and TV spot for the season campaign, which was then combined with visual design assets from the client’s in-house design and marketing team. The project was a huge success, and the full case study is available here.

A few years passed, but I never stopped wondering how I would have brought that idea to life visually. The below work is an exploration into the design direction for the This Is Our Ice campaign. It is purely fictional and was never presented to anyone within the Minnesota Wild organization.
